Wayfare locks your distracting apps by default. To unlock screen time, you complete a small real-world quest — a walk, a chore, reading, anything you set. A companion creature grows as you build the habit, so putting your phone down feels like progress instead of restriction. Every other screen-time app relies on willpower or guilt, and both wear off fast. Free on iOS, no paywall on the core loop.
