What is WatheeqaHR?
WatheeqaHR replaces scattered Excel sheets with one simple system for UAE small businesses (5-100 employees). Import attendance from biometric devices or Excel, manage leave requests, keep an internal salary ledger, and get automatic alerts before employee visas or documents expire. It's deliberately narrow: not a full HRMS, not a WPS filing system, not a replacement for your accountant — just the day-to-day operational tracking that most small businesses are still doing by hand.
