What is Twinfolio?
A deploy-your-own AI portfolio: a personal site whose chat answers as you, grounded only in your real work, with citations, and an honest "I haven't written about that" when it doesn't know. The twist: you don't upload a corpus. A short voice or text self-interview asks about your work and writes it for you — written nothing? Get a citeable twin in ~10 min. Open-source (AGPL), your keys, no database. One OpenRouter key powers chat + retrieval; zero keys runs a demo. Deploys to Vercel.
