What is The Regret Index?
Every day, millions of people face life-changing decisions - career moves, relationships, investments, migration - with almost zero structured data. Reddit has opinions. Google has articles. Nobody has outcomes. The Regret Index changes that. Users submit decisions, rate their regret, and share what they wish they’d known. We follow up at 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years. The result: the first dataset of human decision outcomes that evolves over time.
