What is loopd?
Loopd is a digital receipt and POS add-on for merchants. A small device sits on your counter and when a sale goes through, Loopd reads the transaction and prepares a digital receipt. Customers tap their phone to get their GST-compliant digital receipt, complete with loyalty points and full purchase history. For merchants, every tap builds a customer profile — visit frequency, spend, and loyalty balance. Add-on modules cover queue management, discounts, and storefronts for online orders.
