What is HeaderForm?
HeaderForm reads your Google Sheets headers and auto-generates a custom input form right in the sidebar. No more double-checking columns, accidental overwrites, or broken formatting from collaborators. Just add the script, open "Input Form" from the menu, and start entering data cleanly — works with any sheet layout.
