France mandates electronic invoicing for all businesses by September 2026. Facturons lets French freelancers and SMEs generate Factur-X invoices (PDF/A-3b + embedded XML), transmit them via IOPOLE, and track their full lifecycle — built with Flutter, runs on Android & Windows.
