What is depgaze?

depgaze is a CLI based developer tool for Linux and Windows that leverage OS level fingerprinting to audit and explain using an LLM the dependencies flowing through your CI pipeline and inner dev loop — catching malicious, abandoned, and risky packages before they reach your machine. It currently supports npm, PyPi, the ability to be instrumented by AI agents via agent skill and to be hosted on your own infrastructure for maximum privacy.
