Customer Journey Paths is a new ThoughtMetric report that visualizes the full multi-touch path to purchase. You can see which channels start, assist, and close each journey, and filter by channel, product name, and other dimensions to find the sequences your best customers follow. Find it in your dashboard under Customers > Customer Journey.
