I used Apple Fitness for my rowing sessions until I ran out of new ones. So I built CrewCall, a free intelligent interval rowing coach. Set a target time and it auto-scales your session, pacing, and stroke targets. Includes a Session Randomiser, Session Wizard, Advanced Session Builder, JSON import/export, and a live interval timer with audio cues. No signup, no cost. Row smarter. 🚣
